An Outsider Look at Steem
There are several hundred web sites that interface with the STEEM and HIVE blockchains. To help keep track of it all, I began listing STEEM related web sites on the directory Internet Rivers. This directory has a site of the day feature that I will use to post reviews of the sites.
Many of the web sites supplement STEEM and HIVE rewards with alt tokens. Some of the tribes issuing alt-tokens are friendly to new users. As such, it is easier for new users to earn money on the tribal sites than on the main platform.
Personally, I think it is good to have both a STEEM and HIVE account. The list below will show reviews for the SteemIt platform. The Outsider Guide to HIVE shows HIVE based rewards.
